Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By creating an account or using AstroMatch ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
The App is operated by Eurekapps ("we", "us"). Contact: info@astromatch.app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
You accept these Terms when you tap "I accept" during sign-up, or when you continue to use the App after we update them. We will surface significant changes in the App; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
2. You must be 18 or older
The App is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the App you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account where this is not true, including without notice.
3. Astrology is for entertainment and self-reflection
AstroMatch uses astrological information — sun, moon, Venus, Mars, rising and aspects — to surface profiles you may find interesting, and to publish weekly horoscopes and relationship/compatibility suggestions. All of this is presented as a fun lens for self-discovery and conversation, not as a scientific or medical claim, and not as medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. We do not guarantee that any match, score, insight, reading, prediction, or recommendation will lead to romance, friendship, compatibility, mental health benefits, or any specific outcome. Use the App at your own discretion, and seek a qualified professional for any medical, legal, financial, or mental-health decision.
4. You are responsible for your own interactions
The App lets you discover and message other adults. You alone are responsible for who you choose to interact with, what you share, and what you do offline. We do not run background checks. We are not a party to any conversation, relationship, or meeting that begins on the App. Meet in public, take normal precautions, and trust your instincts.
5. User-generated content
You are responsible for everything you post — photos, bio, tags, messages, profile data. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, transmit, and process that content as needed to operate the App. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
6. Community guidelines
We expect respectful, lawful behaviour. Conduct that violates the App, including (but not limited to) harassment, hate speech, scams, fake profiles, spam, sexual content involving minors, threats, doxxing, and impersonation, will be removed and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Reporting and blocking
You can block any user from your discovery and chat feeds, and report abuse from inside the App. Our moderation team reviews reports. We may act on reports, but we are under no obligation to disclose how we acted on a specific report.
8. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure against every possible threat, or available in every region or country. Match availability, profile quality, and connectivity may vary. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Subscription and payments
If you subscribe to a paid tier, billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. You can manage and cancel your subscription from your store account. Refund policies are governed by Apple and Google. We are not responsible for store-side billing errors. Free-tier limits (such as daily likes) may change.
AstroMatch Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. The price and the length of the period are always shown in the app, on the Premium page, before you buy — those figures come from the App Store or Google Play and are the ones that apply in your country and currency. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
Some studies and reports are sold as one-time purchases rather than subscriptions. A one-time purchase is charged once, does not renew, and is not part of AstroMatch Premium.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eurekapps and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including emotional distress, loss of relationships, lost profits, lost data, or harm caused by another user — arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or (b) USD 50.
11. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, broken the law, or harmed other users. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent.
12. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process personal data. Your birth time stays private to you.
13. Local laws
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country and the country you access the App from. The App is not available in jurisdictions where dating apps, astrology services, or our Privacy Policy is unlawful.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Madrid, Spain. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will ask you to accept the updated version inside the App. The "Effective date" and "Version" at the top of this document indicate when the current Terms came into force.
16. AI-assisted content and notifications
Some content in the App — including weekly horoscopes and relationship/compatibility suggestions — may be drafted with the help of AI tools and then reviewed and edited by people before it is published. It remains astrology-as-entertainment and is general in nature; it is not tailored professional advice and is not directed at any individual's specific circumstances.
We may send you push notifications (for example: a new match, a new message, a new weekly horoscope, or a relationship suggestion). You can turn notifications on or off in your device settings at any time. We keep notification copy short and avoid putting private relationship details on your lock screen.
Matching and relationship suggestions are generated from the profile and astrological information you provide (see the Privacy Policy). You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings, or contact us at info@astromatch.app.
